According to newsoriginating from Wuhan, People’s Repu blic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Thefast motions of p roteins at the picosecond to nanosecond timescale, known as fast dynamics, are c loselyrelated to protein conformational entropy and rearrangement, which in tur n affect catalysis, ligand bindingand protein allosteric effects. The most used NMR approach to study fast protein dynamics is the modelfree method, which use s order parameter S2 to describe the amplitude of the internal motion of local group.”
