Abstract

According to news reporting originating from Toronto, Canada, b y NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Range-only (RO) poseestimation invol ves determining a robot’s pose over time by measuring the distance between multi pledevices on the robot, known as tags, and devices installed in the environmen t, known as anchors. Thenon-convex nature of the range measurement model result s in a cost function with possible local minima.”Financial support for this research came from CGIAR.
