According tonews originating from Fuzhou, Peopl e’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated,“The role of m inimally invasive surgery using robotics versus laparoscopy in resectable gastri c cancerpatients with a high body mass index (BMI) remains controversial. A tot al of 482 gastric adenocarcinomapatients with BMI 25 kg/m who underwent minimal ly invasive radical gastrectomy between August 2016and December 2019 were retro spectively analyzed, including 109 cases in the robotic gastrectomy (RG)group a nd 321 cases in the laparoscopic gastrectomy (LG) group.”
