According to newsreporting out of Wuhan, People’s Republ ic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Buffalo milk,constituting 15% of global production, has higher fatty acids content than Holstein milk. Fourier -transformmid-infrared (FT-MIR) spectroscopy is widely used for dairy analysis, but its application to buffalo milk,with larger fat globules, remains understu died.”Financial support for this research came from National Key Research and Developm ent Program ofChina.
