According to news reporting from AnnArbor, Michigan, by NewsRx journa lists, research stated, “This article presents RoboVisio, an efficientand highl y flexible domain-specific system-on-chip (SoC) for vision tasks in fully autono mous micro-robotnavigation. A novel hybrid processing element (PE) is proposed, in which classic vision tasks achieve highefficiency by using a 2-D-mapping ar chitecture, while convolutional neural network (CNN) is executed inan efficient output-channel-parallel systolic manner.”
