Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – New research on Lung Diseases and Cond itions - Chronic Obstructive PulmonaryDisease is the subject of a report. Accor ding to news reporting originating in Shanghai, People’s Republicof China, by N ewsRx journalists, research stated, “Radiomics and artificial intelligence appro aches havebeen developed to predict chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD ), but it is still unclear whichapproach has the best performance. Therefore, w e established five prediction models that employed deeplearning(DL) and radiom ics-based machine-learning (ML) approaches to identify COPD on low-dosecomputed tomography (LDCT) images and compared the relative performance of the different models tofind the best model for identifying COPD.”
