Abstract

According to news reportingoriginating in Palaiseau, France, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “We visualize the predictions ofmultiple machine learning models to help biologists as they interactively make decisions about cell lineagethedevelopment of a (plant) embryo from a single ovum cell. Based on a confocal microscopy dataset,traditionally biologists manually constr ucted the cell lineage, starting from this observation and reasoningbackward in time to establish their inheritance.”
