Abstract

According to news reporting originatingfrom Nanchang, People’s Republ ic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Although thezeroing ne ural network (ZNN) has strong competitiveness in solving the time -varying Sylve ster equation(TVSE), its convergence and robustness as two key indicators still need to be further improved. Toaddress these problems, we propose a flexible - predefined -time convergence and noise -suppression ZNN(FPCNS-ZNN).”
