From the background information supplied by the inventors, news correspondents o btained the followingquote: “Broadcast sources operate at fixed geographical lo cations and broadcast media at particular radiofrequencies. Due to the inherent limitations of radio-frequency-based communications, only receiverspositioned within range (e.g., within a predetermined distance) of the broadcast source mat be capable ofreceiving media from the broadcast source. Receivers outside of t hat range may not receive the media dueto the distance and/or interference from other broadcast sources. Thus, for a receiver to continue receivingmedia from the broadcast source, the receiver may have to remain physically located within range of thebroadcast source.
