Abstract

According to news reporting out of Beijing, People’s Repu blic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Lysine bhydroxybutyrylation is an important post-translational modification (PTM) involved in various physi ological and biological processes. In this research, we introduce a novel predic tor KbhbXG, which utilizes XGBoost to identify b-hydroxybutyrylation modificatio n sites based on protein sequence information.”
