These robots can manipulate parts using end e ffectors at the distal ends of the robots by operating the multiple links. Such robots are installed in production factories to achieve automation in the produc tion factories. The robot joint described above has multiple mechanical parts su ch as a speed reducer, a crossed roller bearing, a bearing, an oil seal, a belt and an encoder, and a torque sensor. When a robot having such parts has not been driven for a certain period, the following problems can occur.
