According to news reporting originating in Harbin, People’s Repub lic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “In order to broaden the a pplication of micro-nano positioning, the actuator needs to have characteristics of high precision, large stroke, low coupling error, and simple control. Howeve r, the existing piezoelectric platforms or robots cannot well meet these require ments.”
