University of Wyoming Reports Findings in Machine Learning (Stress phenotyping a nalysis leveraging autofluorescence image sequences with machine learning)

Abstract

According to news originating from Laramie, Wyoming, by N ewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Autofluorescence-based imaging has the p otential to non-destructively characterize the biochemical and physiological pro perties of plants regulated by genotypes using optical properties of the tissue. A comparative study of stress tolerant and stress susceptible genotypes of with respect to newly introduced stress-based phenotypes using machine learning tech niques will contribute to the significant advancement of autofluorescencebased plant phenotyping research.”
