The development steps are invoked manually by develo pers via a Command Line Interface (CLI) supplied by a Cloud Service Provider (CS P). “This lengthens the entire development process and makes the resulting MLM build unscalable when many development steps are needed with the build of when the sa me build is needed in a different configuration. For example when the same build is required for multiple different tenants, the manual development build steps must be repeated for each different tenant, such that all the steps run separate ly for each tenant.
