Abstract
Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “An organization or individual can leverage an issue tracking system to document and monitor completion of work related to a project or goal. In many cases, however, processes of adding, editing, and/or otherwise updating issues tracked in a conventional issue tracking system are unnecessarily time an d resource consuming. As a result, users of conventional issue tracking systems typically prefer to interact with such systems as little as possible, which ofte n leads to abstract, compound, and/or high-level issue requests submitted by use rs that, due to a lack of granularity and/or specificity, are difficult to accur ately track.”
