Abstract

According to news originating from Jharkhand, India, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “In this study, we have proposed the utilizatio n of machine learning techniques to predict the I-V characteristics and transcon ductance curve of a multichannel junctionless FinFET design. Various machine lea rning models were employed to predict the current-voltage (I-V) and transconduct ance (g(m)) curve by training the models with data generated from Technology Com puter Aided Design (TCAD) simulations for the 3D multichannel junctionless FinFE T.”
