By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – Research findings on Surgery - Arthrop lasty are discussed in a new report. According to news reporting out of Wuhan, P eople’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The performance of human-robot interaction can be enhanced by imposing force constraints through virtual fixture (VF) algorithms. In this article, an adaptive impedance-based V F scheme is proposed, aiming to improve the accuracy of human-robot interaction in robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty (RA-THA).” Financial support for this research came from National Natural Science Foundatio n of China (NSFC).
