Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “As technology continuously improves, organizations increasing ly rely on technological channels to engage customers and increase revenue. Such exemplary technological channels typically include electronic mail communicatio ns as well as mobile applications, through which customers can enroll in a loyal ty program with the organization. Typically, customers may receive incentives to frequently transact at such organization through rewards or offerings from the organization. Conventional platforms, however, are simply unable to adapt such i ncentives to individual customers. Instead, conventional platforms issue a gener ic offering to all customers even though the means through which rewards or offe rings may be achieved are not preferable for each customer.”
