Abstract

According to news reporting originating from Stanford, California, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “We introduce a transformation of a neural rad iance field (NeRF) to an equivalent Poisson point process (PPP). This PPP transf ormation allows for rigorous quantification of uncertainty in NeRFs, in particul ar, for computing collision probabilities for a robot navigating through a NeRF environment.”
