According to news originating from Chattanooga, Tenn essee, by NewsRx editors, the research stated, “Problem: Employee onboarding is one of the most important phases of an employee’s life cycle.” The news reporters obtained a quote from the research from University of Tenness ee at Chattanooga: “Human resources (HR) is vital in setting employees up for su ccess, particularly during this employment stage.
