Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-New research on Oncology - Breast Canc er is the subject of a report. According to news reporting from Fujian, People's Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, "To establish a path omic model using histopathological image features for predicting indoleamine 2,3 -dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) status and its relationship with overall survival (OS) in breast cancer. A pathomic model was constructed using machine learning and histo pathological images obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas database to predict ID O1 expression."
