According to news reporting out of Harbin, People’s Republic of Chi na, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “In certain precision work scenarios, un derwater robots require the ability to adhere to surfaces in order to perform ta sks effectively.” Funders for this research include National Key Research And Development Program of China; National Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province.
