According to news reporting out of Beijing, People’s Republic of Chin a, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Climate change has precipitated recurren t extreme events and emerged as an imposing global challenge, exerting profound and far-reaching impacts on both the environment and human existence. The Univer sal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI), serving as an important approach to human comf ort assessment, plays a pivotal role in gauging how humans adapt to meteorologic al conditions and copes with thermal and cold stress.”
