由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习每日新闻的工作人员新闻编辑-调查人员发布了关于人工智能的新报告。根据《中国人民代表大会上海消息》,NewsRx记者报道:“本研究对人力资源管理中人工智能(AI)系统(HRM)的组织情境中的初始信任形成进行了实验研究。本研究借鉴了社会交换理论和领导成员交换理论,我们从中国背景下员工的角度确定了通过认知和情感过程促进对人工智能初始信任的因素。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – Investigators publish new report on Ar tificial Intelligence. According to news originating from Shanghai, People’s Rep ublic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “This study experimen tally investigates initial trust formation in the organizational context of an a rtificial intelligence (AI) system in human resource management (HRM). Drawing o n social exchange theory and leadermember exchange theory, we identify factors that contribute to initial trust in AI through cognitive and affective processin g from the perspective of employees in the Chinese context.”
