According to news originating from Quebec, Canada, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “This study analyzes the existing ac ademic literature to identify the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on hum an resource (HR) activities, highlighting both opportunities and associated chal lenges, and on the roles of employees, line managers, and HR professionals, coll ectively referred to as the HR triad. We employed the scoping review method to c apture and synthesize relevant academic literature in the AI-human resource mana gement (HRM) field, examining 27 years of research (43 peer-reviewed articles ar e included).”
