Abstract

According to news reporting out of B eijing, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Accurat e discrimination of honey origin is of significant importance for safeguarding c onsumer rights and promoting the sustainable development of apiculture. Spectros copic techniques, as rapid, efficient, and nondestructive detection methods, hav e been widely applied in honey research.” Financial supporters for this research include National Key Research and Develop ment Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
