According to news reporting out of Shanghai, People’s Rep ublic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “To construct and validate a deep learning radiomics (DLR) model based on X-ray images for predicting and di stinguishing acute and chronic osteoporotic vertebral fractures (OVFs). A total of 942 cases (1076 vertebral bodies) with both vertebral X-ray examination and M RI scans were included in this study from three hospitals.” Financial supporters for this research include Science and Technology Innovation Action Project of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (S TCSM), Medical Imaging Artificial Intelligence Special Research Fund Project, Na njing Medical Association Radiology Branch.
