By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – A new study on Machine Learning - Inte lligent Systems is now available. According to news reporting out of Xinjiang, P eople’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “To solve a distr ibuted optimal resource allocation problem, a collective neurodynamic approach b ased on recurrent neural networks (RNNs) is proposed in this paper. Multiple RNN s cooperatively solve a global constrained optimization problem in which the obj ective function is a total of local non-smooth convex functions and is subject t o local convex sets and a global equality constraint.”
