摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-调查人员讨论机器学习的新发现。据中国人民日报黑龙江新闻报道,NewsRx编辑的研究表明:“为了解决1-Hexadecene在工业废水处理厂中运行效率低的问题,弥补其微生物代谢机制的知识空白,”本文采用连续生物反应器和分批培养试验研究了1-Hexadecene降解菌的富集及其代谢途径,在50~200 mg/L条件下,1-Hexa癸烯的降解率可达58.6%~72.5%,16S rRNA片段和微生物群落分析鉴定为黄腐菌、芽胞菌和茎杆菌属。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-Investigators discuss new findings in Machine Learning. According to news reporting out of Heilongjiang, People’s Repu blic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “In order to solve the low re moval efficiency of 1-Hexadecene in industrial wastewater treatment plants and f ill the knowledge gap of its microbial metabolic mechanisms, this work studied t he 1-Hexadecene degrading microorganisms enrichment and its metabolic pathway us ing continuous bioreactors and batch incubation tests. With the successful enric hment of hexadecene-degrading microorganisms, the biodegradation rates of 1-Hexa decene at 50 -200 mg/L could range from 58.6 % to 72.5 % . The 16S rRNA fragment and microbial community analysis identified Flavihumibac ter , Gemmatimonas , and Caulobacter as putative 1-Hexadecene degraders.”
