摘要

机器人与机器学习每日新闻的一位新闻记者兼新闻编辑-机器学习的最新研究结果已经发表。据《新闻日报》记者从中国辽宁发回的新闻报道称,“全球海鲜消费量估计为每年1.56亿吨,每年因海鲜变质造成的经济损失超过250亿欧元。与传统的智能包装只能粗略估计海鲜新鲜度不同,集成机器学习和智能航空凝胶的智能平台可以准确预测食品的剩余保质期,减少经济损失和食品浪费。

Abstract

According to news reporting originating in Liaoning, Pe ople's Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Global seafoo d consumption is estimated at 156 million tons annually, with an economic loss o f >25 billion euros annually due to marine fish spoilage . In contrast to traditional smart packaging which can only roughly estimate foo d freshness, an intelligent platform integrating machine learning and smart aero gel can accurately predict remaining shelf life in food products, reducing econo mic losses and food waste.”
