Abstract

The following quote was obtained by the news editors from the background information supplied by the inventors: “A vehicle, such as an electric vehicle, an internal combustion engine vehicle, or a hybrid vehicle, may experience a squeak or rattle while traversing a portion of a vehicle transportation network (e.g., a road). A squeak or rattle may be an undesirable sound caused by friction between components associated with the vehicle (e.g., a squeak) or a component of the vehicle loosening and contacting another component of the vehicle (e.g., a rattle) .”
