According to newsoriginating from Turin, Italy, by NewsR x correspondents, research stated, “The aim of this retrospectivecohort study w as to develop and validate on multiple international datasets a real-time machin e learningmodel able to accurately predict persistent acute kidney injury (AKI) in the intensive care unit (ICU). Weselected adult patients admitted to ICU cl assified as AKI stage 2 or 3 as defined by the ‘Kidney Disease:Improving Global Outcomes’ criteria.”
