Abstract

The following quote was obtained by the news editors from the background informa tion supplied by the inventors: “ “The present disclosure relates to a printing method and a robot system. “A three dimensional object printing device was known that combine operations of a plurality of movable sections to move an inkjet print head and print on a sur face of a three dimensional object. “For example, JP-A-2013-202781 discloses a system for printing on a three dimens ional object, comprising a joint arm robot, a print head, a piezo actuator arran ged between them, and a detecting device that detects a position of a printing p oint. The robot is configured to move the print head along a surface of an objec t. As a result, printing can be performed in multiple passes including print tra jectories adjacent to each other.
