Abstract
By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-New research on artificial intelligenc e is the subject of a new report. According to news reporting out of Guangzhou, People's Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, "A new forward m odel (FM) was developed to characterize the influence of precipitation on L-band passive ocean surface measurements. The FM, which relates rain-induced brightne ss temperature (TB) variations to the rain rate and wind speed (WS), was establi shed through a machine learning approach (referred to as the ML-FM)."
