A ccording to news reporting originating from Catanzaro, Italy, by NewsRx correspo ndents, research stated, "Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disea se (MASLD) is currently the most common chronic liver disease worldwide and is s trongly associated with metabolic comorbidities, including dyslipidemia. Herein, we aim to estimate the prevalence of MASLD and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) in Europeans with isolated hypercholesterolemia and isol ated hypertriglyceridemia in the UK Biobank and to estimate the independent cont ribution of lipoproteins to liver triglyceride content."
