Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-Fresh data on robotics are presented i n a new report. According to news originating from Brno, Czech Republic, by News Rx correspondents, research stated, "The use of robot manipulators in engineerin g applications and scientific research has significantly increased in recent yea rs." Financial supporters for this research include Project Iga But. The news journalists obtained a quote from the research from Brno University of Technology: "This can be attributed to the rise of technologies such as autonomo us robotics and physics-based simulation, along with the utilization of artifici al intelligence techniques. The use of these technologies may be limited due to a focus on a specific type of robotic manipulator and a particular solved task, which can hinder modularity and reproducibility in future expansions. This paper presents a method for planning motion across a wide range of robotic structures using deep reinforcement learning (DRL) algorithms to solve the problem of reac hing a static or random target within a pre-defined configuration space."
