No assignee for this patent application has been made. Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: "Humans may engage in human-to-computer dialogs with interacti ve software applications referred to as "chatbots," "voice bots", "automated ass istants", "interactive personal assistants," "intelligent personal assistants," "conversational agents," etc. via a variety of computing devices.
