This patent application has not been assigned to a company or institution. The following quote was obtained by the news editors from the background informa tion supplied by the inventors: "Automated or robotic work tools such as robotic lawnmowers are becoming increasingly more popular and so is the use of the robo tic work tool in various types of operational areas. Such operational areas, in particular for robotic work tools being robotic lawnmowers, sometimes include so lar panels. Some designs for solar panels is a panel with solar cells that is ca rried by poles. As solar panels cover a large area and are above ground, there a re problems with maintaining the area under them, for example the grass.
