Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-New research on Artificial Intelligenc e is the subject of a report. According to news reporting originating from Paris , France, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, "Assessing the impact of SA RS-CoV-2 on organelle dynamics allows a better understanding of the mechanisms o f viral replication. We combine label-free holotomographic microscopy with Artif icial Intelligence to visualize and quantify the subcellular changes triggered b y SARS-CoV-2 infection." Our news editors obtained a quote from the research from Universite Paris Cite, "We study the dynamics of shape, position and dry mass of nucleoli, nuclei, lipi d droplets and mitochondria within hundreds of single cells from early infection to syncytia formation and death. SARS-CoV-2 infection enlarges nucleoli, pertur bs lipid droplets, changes mitochondrial shape and dry mass, and separates lipid droplets from mitochondria. We then used Bayesian network modeling on organelle dry mass states to define organelle cross-regulation networks and report modifi cations of organelle cross-regulation that are triggered by infection and syncyt ia formation."
