摘要

一位新闻记者-机器人与机器学习的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-关于机器人的新研究结果已经公布。根据NewsRx记者从哈尔滨发回的新闻报道,研究表明:“将小型喷浆机器人应用于深埋隧道动态灾害物理模拟系统中,模拟隧道工程的最终运行过程。”国家自然科学基金资助本研究。记者从哈尔滨工程大学的研究中得到一句话:“机器人的喷涂操作和控制包括多种因素。本文通过建立喷涂模型和涂层生长模型,分析了影响喷涂操作的主要参数,为合理匹配喷涂参数,提高喷涂质量提供参考。”推导了喷涂质量与喷枪参数模型和喷涂进给速度的匹配方程,并根据该匹配方程设计了喷枪结构和机器人控制系统,较好地控制了水平驱动和垂直驱动的喷涂距离和喷枪运动速度,在理论分析的基础上,提出了一种新的喷涂方法。研制了小岩洞喷浆机器人样机,并进行了喷浆试验,试验结果表明,所建立的模型和方程可以指导喷浆质量控制。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-New study results on robotics have bee n published. According to news reporting from Harbin, People's Republic of China , by NewsRx journalists, research stated, "A small rock shotcrete robot is appli ed in the deep tunnel dynamic disaster physical simulation system in order to si mulate the final operation process of the tunnel project." Financial supporters for this research include National Natural Science Foundati on of China. The news journalists obtained a quote from the research from Harbin Engineering University: "The robot's spraying operation and control include many kind of fac tors. In this paper, the main parameters affecting the spraying operation are an alyzed by establishing the spraying model and coating growth model. For matching reasonably the spraying parameters, the matching equation of spraying quality a nd spraying gun parameter model and spraying feed speed has been derived. Based on the matching equation, the spraying gun structure and robot control system ar e designed, and the spraying distance and spraying gun movement velocity includi ng horizontal and vertical driving have been controlled better. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a small rock hole shotcrete robot prototype has been devel oped and the spraying experiments have been finished. The experimental results s howed that the model and equation established can guided the spraying quality co ntrol."
