Abstract

According to news reporting originating in Tianjin, People’s Republic o f China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “In this letter, we present a n ovel method for the design of central pattern generator (CPG) model, and then ut ilize it to control a salamander-like robot. The CPG network is composed of modi fied Hopf oscillators with a new coupling scheme that independently controls the waveform regulation and phase coordination process.” Financial support for this research came from National Natural Science Foundatio n of China (NSFC).
