Capitalizing on the vast collecti on of protein structure predictions offered by AlphaFold (AF), this study comput ationally examines the entire UniProt database to create a robust dataset of kno tted and unknotted proteins.” Funders for this research include Narodowe Centrum Nauki, Grantova Agentura Cesk e Republiky.
