摘要

由一位新闻记者兼机器人与机器学习的新闻编辑每日新闻-眼睛疾病和条件的新研究-角膜结膜炎是一篇报道的主题。据《中华人民共和国贵州新闻报》记者报道,干燥性角结膜炎(KCS)是一种以泪液分泌不足和炎性刺激为特征的眼部疾病。本研究旨在从GEO数据库中提取患者转录组数据,以确定与KCS诊断和治疗相关的标志性基因,并对三个关键基因的表达进行实验验证。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – New research on Eye Diseases and Condi tions - Keratoconjunctivitis is the subject of a report. According to news origi nating from Guizhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, resea rch stated, “Keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) is an ocular condition characteriz ed by insufficient tear production and inflammatory irritation, with Sjogren’s s yndrome (SS) being a major causative factor. This study aimed to extract patient transcriptomic data from the GEO database to identify signature genes associate d with the diagnosis and treatment of KCS and the expression of three key genes were experimentally verified.”
