By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – Research findings on Machine Learning are discussed in a new report. According to news reporting originating from Amst erdam, Netherlands, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “The sentences ‘M ore than half of the students passed the exam’ and ‘Fewer than half of the stude nts failed the exam’ describe the same set of situations, and yet the former res ults in shorter reaction times in verification tasks. The two-step model explain s this result by postulating that negative quantifiers contain hidden negation, which involves an extra processing stage.” Funders for this research include European Research Council (ERC), German Resear ch Foundation (DFG).
