摘要

机器人与机器学习每日新闻的新闻记者兼工作人员新闻编辑-关于机器学习的详细数据已经公布。根据《中华人民共和国北京消息》,NewsRx记者报道,研究表明:“磷化碳是一种新发现的二维半导体材料,具有褶皱和显著的流动性。由于缺乏精确的力场,利用分子动力学S来研究其声子主导的导热系数,结果不准确。”本研究的资金来源包括国家重点研究开发项目、国家自然科学基金(NSFC)、渤海大学研究基金。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News – Data detailed on Machine Learning have been prese nted. According to news originating from Beijing, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Carbon phosphide is a newly discovered two-dimensional semiconductor material which wrinkles and has a significant car rier mobility. Due to lack an accurate force field, the use of molecular dynamic s to study its phonon-dominated thermal conductivity which lead to inaccurate re sults.” Financial supporters for this research include National Key Research and Develop ment Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Rese arch Fund of Bohai University.
