Abstract
The following quote was obtained by the news editors from the background informa tion supplied by theinventors: “The present invention relates to automated syst ems. The present invention further providesan automated system for painting a p rogrammed design onto a surface by having an onboard controlreceive the design as a grid pattern that includes a series of uniform blocks aligned in rows and c olumns. The onboard control instructs the design to be painted by causing an arm secured to a housing to movealong the grid pattern to avoid the housing moving through wet paint.
