According to news originating fromWuhan, People’s Republic of China , by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Aluminum nitride (AlN)is an ultra wide-bandgap semiconductor with excellent potential for high -power applications . However,the heat dissipation issue remains a huge challenge for the use of Al N in high -power devices.”
