According to news reportingout of Winterthur, Switzerland, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The current boom of learned queryoptimizers (LQO) can be explained not only by the general continuous improvement of deep le arning (DL)methods but also by the straightforward formulation of a query optim ization problem (QOP) as a machinelearning (ML) one. The idea is often to repla ce dynamic programming approaches, widespread for solvingQOP, with more powerfu l methods such as reinforcement learning.”
