Abstract

According to news originatingfrom Fargo, North Dakota, by NewsRx co rrespondents, research stated, “In this work, we present a novelcomputational d esign strategy for coatings, specifically focusing on the compatibility of silic one elastomercoatings modified with silicone oils. We present a novel modeling framework that integrates machinelearning (ML), statistical thermodynamics, mol ecular dynamics simulation, and surface characterizationtechniques to gain deep er insights on the parameters governing the compatibility of the oil with the elastomer.”
