Abstract

According to news reportingfrom Changsha, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Nowadays, reliableand accurate prediction of the seismic response of high-speed railway bridges and then rapid assessment oftheir seismic fragility is crucial for the risk assessment of regi onal high-speed railway bridges. However, thetraditional seismic fragility asse ssment based on nonlinear time history analysis (NTHA) has a characteristicof h igh computational cost.”
